Pelvic floor + sports physio · Sydney

The part of you no one treats

Expert, evidence-based physiotherapy for pelvic floor, pelvic pain, anorectal and sexual health — and genuinely shame-free care for LGBTQIA+ and MSM bodies. We name it how it is, we treat it, and we train it. No whispering, no raised eyebrows.

Who we are

Two clinical arms, one big pink physio

Mace is The Big Pink Physio — an APA Titled Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist and Practitioner in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy on Sydney's Northern Beaches. We bring particular expertise to the athletic hip, pelvis, and pelvic floor, and provide pelvic floor physiotherapy for pelvic pain and dysfunction, including the anorectal system.

We exist to care for communities and conditions routinely under-serviced or met with shame. The bulk of our pelvic patients are LGBTQIA+, but everyone is welcome — you won't have to explain yourself here.

What we treat

Conditions we see every week

Common and uncommon — pelvic floor, pregnancy and birth preparation, pain, bladder and bowel, sexual function, and trans+ care. If it's in the pelvis, it's on the plinth.

Pelvic floor dysfunction

Tight, weak, overactive or uncoordinated pelvic floor muscles — assessed and retrained like any other muscle group.
